Pérolas follows the currents of a world in constant transformation. Taking Edouard Glissant’s idea that “the whole world is becoming creolized” as a compass, the show explores how music emerges from crossings — migrations, diasporas, solidarities, and the everyday creativity of people reshaping their identities. Through vinyl recordings gathered from many regions and traditions, each episode invites listeners into a global soundscape where histories overlap, cultures speak to each other, and rhythm becomes a shared language of survival and imagination.
