With No Bounds Festival

Rian Treanor and Clifton Community School student DJ Mafo step up to support No Bounds Festival 2025 which will be held i various venues across Sheffield and Rotherham, 10-12 October.

Working throughly across various community projects in Sheffield's neighbouring city, Rian Treanor's Electronic Music Club has now seen two releases out via Boomkat. The first from Rotherham Sight & Sound where a charity group of blind and visually impaired people released an EP of "knockout set of mutant dancehall and mercurial electro-styled zingers" in 2024.

This year Treanor moved on to his next endeavour, an after-school music club with Clifton Community School students, where they got an intro to noise making and DJ’ing from RP Boo, DJ Sprinkles, YPY, Beatrice Dillon, Cara Tolmie, Gavsborg, Lord Spikeheart, Elvin Brandhi, Will Guthrie, Bianca Scout and more. Those sessions have now seen a release.

You can expect a 20 mins mix from Electronic Music Club DJs (excerpts from new 10 x 10 Great Hits cassette), a 20 mins mix from Rotherham Sight and Sound (excerpts from Action Potential LP) and 20 mins mix from DJ MAFO (Bassline mix)
