Vicky Clarke

Vicky Clarke is a British artist from Manchester working with sound, electronics, and digital media. She explores the materiality of sound, autonomous systems, and technological emotions, creating audiovisual performances and interactive installa- tions. A recipient of the Oram Award (2020), she collaborates with scientific institutions and develops projects in spatial sound. In 2022, under the alias SONAMB, she released the album SLEEPSTATES, exploring machine dependence and algorithmic control of sleep.
